Thank you for shopping with Bakoki – For Those Who Can. We stand by the quality of every product we make and want you to feel confident in your purchase. If something’s not quite right, we’re here to help.
✅ Eligibility for Returns
We accept returns within 7 days of delivery, provided the following conditions are met:
- Item is unused, unwashed, and in original condition
- Tags and packaging are intact
- Proof of purchase (e.g. order confirmation or receipt) is provided
🔁 Items Not Eligible for Return
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on:
- Items marked as Sale or Clearance
- Customised or made-to-order items
- Undergarments or socks (for hygiene reasons)
- Gift cards
🔄 Exchanges
Need a different size or colour? We’re happy to offer exchanges if the product is in stock. If not, you may request a refund or choose store credit.
💰 Refund Process
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of approval or rejection. If approved, your refund will be:
- Processed within 5-7 business days
- Issued to your original payment method
Please note: Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to a defect or our error.
🚚 Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect. We recommend using a trackable shipping service for your peace of mind.
❗ Damaged or Incorrect Items
Received the wrong item or noticed damage? Please email us within 48 hours of delivery at support@bakoki.co.ke with clear photos and your order number. We’ll make it right — fast.
🛍️ How to Start a Return
- Email us at support@bakoki.co.ke with your order number and reason for return.
- We’ll send you the return instructions and return address.
- Once received and inspected, we’ll process your exchange or refund.
